Havisionz is an influencer marketing agency based in the Netherlands. We act as a broker between brands (advertisers) and influencers (content creators). Havisionz is the data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for personal data collected via this website.
2. What data we collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:

- Contact form: name, email address, phone number, company name, message
- Brand intake: company name, contact person, email address, phone number, website, industry, budget, campaign requirements
- Creator intake: name, email address, social media handles, platform(s), follower count, niche/category, portfolio
2.2 Automatically collected data
- IP address (anonymised)
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Referring website
- Pages visited and click behaviour
- Date and time of visit
3. Why we collect this data
We process personal data for the following purposes:
- Service delivery: matching brands with suitable influencers and vice versa
- Communication: responding to questions and requests via contact forms
- Contract management: drafting and managing collaboration agreements
- Analysis: improving our website and services
- Marketing: sending relevant updates (only with your consent)
- Legal obligations: complying with tax and administrative obligations
4. Legal basis for processing
We process personal data based on the following legal grounds (Article 6 GDPR):
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): for placing non-essential cookies and sending marketing communications
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): for providing our brokerage services to brands and creators
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): for website analysis and security
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): for tax and administrative obligations
5. Who we share data with
We only share personal data with:
- Brands/Advertisers: creator profile data is only shared after explicit consent from the creator
- Creators: campaign information from brands is shared in the context of a potential collaboration
- Processors: hosting providers, email services and analytics tools that process data on our behalf (with a data processing agreement)
- Government authorities: only when we are legally required to do so
We never sell personal data to third parties. Data is in principle not processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA). If this is necessary, we ensure appropriate safeguards in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR.
6. Retention period
We do not retain personal data longer than necessary:
- Contact form: maximum 12 months after last contact
- Creator profiles: until withdrawal of consent or 24 months after last activity
- Brand data: duration of collaboration plus 24 months
- Invoicing data: 7 years (legal retention obligation)
- Website analytics: maximum 26 months
7. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. This includes:
- SSL/TLS encryption for all data transfers
- Access control and authentication for internal systems
- Regular security updates and patches
- Encrypted storage of sensitive data
- Security awareness training for employees
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights:
- Right of access (Art. 15): you may request what data we process about you
- Right to rectification (Art. 16): you may have incorrect data corrected

If you believe we are not handling your personal data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority .
